Talked to my oldest son last night. He lives in the Atlanta, Georgia area and I'm in Youngstown, Ohio. We both had the same outdoor temperature at the time, 7 degrees F.

Hit 6° F this morning after a high of 56°yesterday. Don’t think I have ever seen a 50° drop overnight before.

Just 10 miles south of Boston. It’s 32°F / 0°C now; forecasted to go down to 12°F / -11°C tonight.
We got down to about -13°F (-25°C) a couple nights ago. The temperature dropped by over 30°F in ten minutes when the front came through.

Quite a bit of wind, but only a bit of snow (here, I haven't been up on the mountain to the house we have for sale -- I'm guessing it got down to below -20°F there).

It is much better today (in the 40s °F) and is supposed to be in the 50s °F for Christmas and back into the 60s °F early in the week.

All in all, a pretty typical Christmas in Colorado.
