The figure below shows the transfer curve of TFT simulated by me with LTSpice. It can be seen in the figure that the green is the simulated result, and the black is the real measurement result. It can be seen that the simulated transfer curve has an obvious sharp angle rising curve, but the actual measured curve It is arc-shaped. I would like to know how to improve this simulation result.
