Rib-eye ribs, offset baked atop a bed of cactus leaves ... this will take approximately 6 hours:

And a few St Louis pork ribs, seasoned with a little celery salt and a rub of Tajín ... waiting to come out of their 7 hour smoke:

Gouda-veggie casserole ... always a guaranteed hit ... plus the usual sides of polish sausage and marinated wings. The item on the left is a 4-inch cast iron skillet holding some almonds and a few mustard seasoned pretzels ...
