Somewhere on here i read a sticky post about doing this to have good photos to share when asking for help, but i can't seem to find it again.

But i went out to try this, and now i wonder how? i'm either in full sun or shade. How do you find indirect sun to take the good pictures?

What type of camera are you using?

With my Canon DSLR, I can usually get good pictures indoors with or without flash. For good focus, I use a large f-stop (small aperature). If the picture isn't bright enough, I brighten in a photo editor. My camera can do that, but I have more options in a photo editor and I usually crop the photo.

If I need flash, I angle the camera so I don't get as much glare in the picture.
