This one is doing my head in...

If the tachometer signal from my ECU sends five pulses per revolution,
How do I calculate Revolutions Per Minute if the input I can provide is the number of pulses sent in one second?

N pulses/second = N *60 pulses/minute = N *60/5 revolutions/minute.

Take N and multiply by 12 = RPM
