Hi All,
I am a student of Advance Operating system and i am looking for Operating system's like Windows vista,Linux,Unix,Solaris and MAC system calls related to Memory management,Process management,file management,I/O management and security.I found details about few of the system calls but not all for above mentioned operating systems.Please let me know any resource from where i can found these.Thanks in advance.

 

Also if anyone could provide me with the direct link to Unix kernel version 2.6.I want to study its task_struct structure.Thanks.

Are you refering to Linux Kernel or Unix kernel. I guess the version you are refering to is Linux Kernel 2.6
