what is course of the system easy discharging of battery even when replaced with a new one?

When charged does it show fully charges ? else battery might not be charging fully due to defective battery.

Yes, it will display "Battery full" and it will not last for 45 minutes and it will shun down

 

Over time laptop batteries loose a cell or 2 and their usable charge becomes less.. They will still show 100% charge but just don't last as long..
Time to buy a new battery pack..

 

It seems this is not an uncommon problem with this laptop.
