subsampling RF

I would like to direct sample the RF at 2.4GHz -- but at a sample rate well below the RF (e.g., 60MHz)
I see ADC's that can sample as high as 3-5GHz but they are too pricey.
Is anyone aware of an ADC that can subsample a 2.4GHz waveform at 60MHz?
I am aware that the clock jitter and noise will be a problem for such an application.
Please see the attached for what I'd like to achieve.

Welcome to AAC!

Any ADC can sample below the Nyquist limit. This is called undersampling.

What you are doing when you undersample is to move into a different Nyquist zone.
This is a technique often used in RF signal processing.
