Here's a question (that I could google, of course, but then it wouldn't be as interesting) ... what percentage of food goes to waste in an average restaurant by country?

Three oysters-in-a-shot (we call them "balas", or bullets), one each of seasoned Tequila, Mezcal and Bacanora. Accompanied by a grilled and diced octopus-in-habanero taco with a few slices of avocado ... they were absolutely scrumptious ...
