STM32 F429ZI Communication by using MCP2551

Hi Guys,

I am electronics student and i have a project. I am not go into details what my project is but i have to create a CAN Bus communication. I am working on this over a week now but everything i tried is failed so far. I am going to use 2 diffrent stm32 for communication but i dont have it right now so i connect 2 diffrent mcp2551 to my stm32 f429zi to see that if i can create a communication. I left my code below. i am open for any advices or anything that can help.

You do not state how you are going to conduct a test and what should be the test results.

Begin with a single MCP2551 CAN transceiver for testing.
Send one CAN message and confirm that the CAN signals are active using an oscilloscope.

i test it it and there is no signal
