Steps to calculate FIR filter coefficients

hi i was given a random image with a lot of noise and have to filter it to create a clean image. I got the graph of the normalized DFT of the noisy image but not sure were to go from there. I know what the coefficients are supposed to be but not sure how they were obtained... help appreciated
