i want to drive my 1A 5V stepper motor but the problem is microcontroller has a low current output .what to do ?

Hi,
to drive my stepper motors I use the TMC222 circuit when I need µstep and less than 10 turns or when I can make a zero each turn . Trinamic make also other circuit for long runs ,
I use Bascom-Basic And Atmega32 from AVR to do the program, easy, security (protection over temperature, loss of step flag, acc, CC..) I use the small module from Sidena (france)
