I have #12 awg underground landscape cables that i need to join to create splice for outdoor. I used the below ones but the cables still come out and they are hard to connect. Does anyway know weather proof listed for outdoor and underground splice connector for #12 awg landscape cable connector that wont come and buried underground?

IMO all of those insulation piercing splices are unreliable for buried service.

Strip, twist and solder the wires together at each junction, use a quality vinyl tape wrap and seal with a good underground sealing compound (like Scotchkote Electrical Coating FD) if you want it to be reliable.

Yea I dint want permanent splice. I want to able to take it off when I want to without much work. What you have is for permanent splice i think

Twist the wire and solder the connection. Then paint the splice area with liquid rubber (available from Amazon). Let it dry and give it a couple more coats. Don't be stingy with it, really mop it on. Once it has dried then use shrink wrap tubing with the adhesive interior over the joint. Don't forget to put the tubing over the wire before splicing obviously. I've used that stuff for submerged in seawater electric control cable for an OMC electra-shift outdrive and it was good for years. In fact, it never wore out, the boat wore out first!

You know how hard it is to twist stranded #12 awg cable?

Yes, I do... There is even a twist developed for it known as the Western Union Splice. And stranded is much easier than solid.

Here's how to make a Western Union splice. No solder required.

For a splice that will submerged 100' or more, roll tight-fitting o-rings on the cable jacket (two on each side for extra protection) maybe an inch or two away from the splice (a couple cable diameters separation between two if used) and shink adhesive-lined heat shrink over the entire spice, extending a good distance past the o-rings.

Hydrophones? Sonar testing? Don't know nothing about that. :)

This is good:

It solders the two wires together and collapses the heat shrink sleeving over it all in one heating operation. Check it out here and watch the videos.

I'm going to be tidying up my own landscape lights soon and bought this for that purpose, not used it yet but all the indications are this is an excellent product.

If the TS does not do a fairly permanent splice I can assure them that it will only be temporary, if there is ever wain or water in the ground.
