I understand that the question (and the reasons) may seem vague.

I was wondering if and where it is possible to find SPICE models (to be used in LTSpice) for frontier components, perhaps used in research or university settings.

In this case I am looking for SPICE models for neuron mosfet (FGMOSFET) and for dual-gated FET with feedback (DG FBFET).

 

Likely someone familiar with Spice modeling and the devices' characteristics would have to create the models for those devices.

 

Try googling "FGMOSFET spice model". You'll get many hits.
