Speech Door Access System by controling PC in matlab

Hi, im saathis from Malaysia. Currently im doing final year project. It based on speech door access system. My plan to implement my project in matlab. My design should user have to verified their password from database before access door. Then they have to speak their password via microphone then door open process will be carry on. How to do this in matlab. Please help me from begin until end. Thank you very much
