Okay. If this is what you mean by 'humor me'.

The human DNA has a chromosome that is known as the 'sex' chromosome. In women it is referred to as the 'X' chromosome. In men it is called the 'Y' chromosome.

Ha-Ha! Well now. But there are several very important differences
between human beings and genders that you should know about. As an example you butt naked doing your "hunka hunka burnin' love" Elvis impersonator act may not impress her at all:eek:. To help you I have made a short list for you
    How to Impress a Woman
    Compliment her,
    respect her,
    honor her,
    cuddle her,
    kiss her,
    caress her,
    love her,
    stroke her,
    tease her,
    comfort her,
    protect her,
    hug her,
    hold her,
    spend money on her,
    wine and dine her,
    buy things for her,
    listen to her,
    care for her,
    stand by her,
    support her,
    hold her,
go to the ends of the Earth for her.
    How to Impress a Man
    Show up naked.
    Bring food.

So then you think of a romantic dinner. It is not a quick bit in you workshop with your iron(solder) doubling as a grill element for cocking:p

    We lost Strantor?

I think he's passed out from late night sleep deprivation. Well, probably all day and all night sleep deprivation. ;)

Yeah, sorry. I got about 3 hours of sleep the 2 nights prior to the birth, and then since, I am getting sleep in brief bursts.

We have let the other little one sleep in our bed since birth, and now she must sleep in her own bed. She isn't taking it well. My wife's job is to keep the baby fed, and my job is to keep the toddler in her bed, asleep. Last night I slept in a 4' Tinkerbell bed with a kid that was planning a great escape every 30 minutes and screaming bloody murder every time it was foiled.

Thanks for all the kind words everybody!

I remember resisting change as a short person. Full blown emotional rejection, a bit of pouting, and then acceptance. Kids adapt, but it's a process they have to go through. You seem to be doing well about not demanding that they are allowed zero time to figure it out.

ps, Good luck on getting any sleep this year. :D

Sounds like you need one of those small cot beds with the bars all around it... And an active noise cancelling device to go with it. ;)
