One thing about outsourcing ... they don't come under U.S. laws. So you see an increase in "telephone" spam as they don't have to abide by the "Do Not Call" law.

Everyone, including the Legislative Critters who proclaimed the law would stop the phone calls knew it would drive the telemarketers offshore.

 

I haven't noticed any offshore telemarketing, but I have had my share of scofflaws. Jim even got cussed out by one telemarketer when Jim told him do not call. So Jim went to the internet and turned him in, don't know how much good it did.

Yeah, we never know what happens once we report them. Tis' a shame though.

 

Er, i just meet the email marketing on my gmail. Its annoying although i sometimes read it.
