You won't make much building those, especially if you have to ask how to do it. That niche has been pretty throughly filled by professionals.

Every part of the world is different, different frequencies, different voltages, you haven't stated where you're posting from. Then there is the issue of waveforms, cheap units use modified square waves, which are low tech and nasty, while expensive units make sine waves.

Not a project for a beginner.
