I think the page may have changed since you captured that. I'm not seeing anything that looks like it's what you had in mind.

 

In looking around the site trying to find the article you were trying to reference, I stumbled upon their "Puzzles" area. It had, among others, this:

After saying that any kind of radio is unacceptable because of security concerns, they proceed to "solve" the problem by using modulating an LED. Gee, no one else could POSSIBLY detect THAT, could they?

Nope. For me, the link brings up a page with four Circuit Notes links:
Raspberry Pi
Capacitors
Identifying Resistors
Arduino Uno

Those are the same four that it brought up yesterday on a different machine, so it doesn't appear to be something specific to cookies on my machine or something like that. Could be because I'm coming in via the same university gateway. Who knows?
