Hello,
I am currently trying to design a small stereo amplifier based on TDA7052A IC, as it can be seen on the attachment.
Can someone with experience tell me if this will work, just by looking?
What changes can I do to make it a bit better?

You can buy 3 watt stereo amplifiers, already built, for $5.00 on ebay

 

Not familiar with chip so no comment on circuit values. But I believe the guitar will only be heard in left speaker.
Maybe you want that.

 

The resistors on the guitar input will present a very low impedance to the guitar pickup (assuming the guitar has no inbuilt pre-amp. Pickups normally need to drive a high impedance to get a desirable frequency response.

 

Pickups are normally high impedance devices and need to drive a high impedance input to prevent attenuation of the signal.
