Hello,
I come from the security world, no experience in electronics and circuits, but I want to put together a potential project and am looking for some guidance.
In general, I am looking to put together a wireless, compact and small device which includes a PIR sensor and bluetooth, which instantly alerts through vibration or sound on a smart wearable device(smartwatch, other wearables).
After doing a few hours of research online I came to the conclusion that in order to create a small, wireless device which can detect motion and somehow recieve an INSTANT notification, the combination of PIR and bluetooth can work.
Do you guys think this is also the direction? Is it possible to put together these technologies and a battery through a circuit in a very compact size?
How realistic/difficult is it? Is it possible to make it extremely small?
Thank you, I am really interested in learning and putting together the most effective plan. Of course I will bring along a partner who will have knowledge in this field, and I wouldn't be the one putting it together.
