I'm currently looking for an article written by J. Slepian which appeared in Elec. Engrg. (Letters to the Editor), vol. 68, p.377; April, 1949.
It was preceded by another article in the same publication by W.M. Leeds, vol. 68, p.90; january 1949.
I was wondering whether there could be a chance that someone here owns these articles ior maybe knows a link to them?
Some googling learned me that these articles may also be in a 28 pages publication called "Electrical essays, J. Slepian" (Westinghouse Electric Corp.)
