Hello,
I have an electronic battery charger and I'm trying to get the data from that device into a text file on my computer.

The process requires a Serial to USB process and software called Logview.

The reason I am asking for help here is because I would like to ask for assistance on making the right connections and how to test for data output at the ports on the device.

It has one 3 pin connector and one USB micro port. I do happen to own an oscilloscope...if that would help.
If someone would care to help me through this project that would be great.
