How would i find the current and voltage via the equations? What are the equations called? Thank you in advance.

If that is the given answer then you are part way there already :)

Start by writing the equation for that circuit and try to figure out what math it would take to figure out what the values are for the given components. Dont be afraid to try different things and ask if you get stuck.
Hint: you have two equations and two components to find values for.
 
I would use phasor maths. Find Z of your circuit (V/I), convert to rectangular form and the sign of the reactive part will tell you if the circuit is an inductor or capacitor. You are given the angular frequency so the component value is just a few calculator strokes away.

I would convert the two expressions into their complex forms then divide. The component values then pop right out of the result.
