Hi!
I have to do some research work (I won't go into details) in which I have to compare the efficiency at different frequencies between Si gate drivers and GaN gate drivers connected to 50V-10A PMSM motor (or 15A motor .. I have two types)
Regarding GaN, I found and simulated on LTSpice EPC2152 (or LMG5200)
The problem is to find an integrated Si gate driver similar to the EPC2152/LMG5200 (i.e., with similar Rdson) ..
Could you please recommend me some integrated gate drivers (Silicon) with approximately similar characteristics as EPC2152?
I'm not looking for something like this one where you have to also choose and connet external mosfets to HS and LS ..
.. I need a driver Silicon mosfet driver like the EPC2152 with everything integrated (so with internal mosfets) according to motor specifications
To be clear, on LTSpice I will directly connect the driver output switching node to the motor phase.
I did some research but with 100V - 20A specifications (that are obviously wider than the engine specifications) I couldn't find anything..
Worst case scenario, If you also cannot find anything like this (or if does not exist such a integrated Si driver) I kindly ask you to help find:
"gate driver" + "external mosfet" that have similar Rdson of EP2152 (..Ron<20mohm)
