sending and recieving the data with TX/RX module of 433 MHz with atmega32

hey friends can anyone help me in this....
i am sending and recieving the data with TX/RX module of 433 MHz with atmega32..
but it is not working...:(
even led at TXD pin is not showing the fluctuation in voltage level???
please help me out...
