
In this application notes i have some confusion. Here it is written that "Therefore, choosing a low-inductance but high-value capacitor (low impedance) is very important."
My question is if I increase capacitance value C and decrease inductance of the capacitor L. Then the Self-Resonant frequency became same. So, what is the benefit of doing this? If we lower capacitance and lower inductance yield higher resonant frequency. Then it can improve effective performance of the capacitor in filtering high-frequency noise.Isn't it good to do this?
