I am searching to find a rotational motor with clockwise and anticlockwise direction to mix fluid with viscosity like water in low speed. I appreciate if anyone can guide me to find this kind of motor or preparing a setup to have this motion.

 

The mechanical requirements are a little vague, and is this a one off or is this for a new product?
A simple method would be to use a 12vdc wiper motor from an auto wrecker.
There are other mechanical and electrical methods, depending on the size and power needed to operate your design.
Portable power or mains power etc.
