hello guys iam using rotary encoder E50S8-2500-6-L-5 it has A,A-,B,B-,Z,Z- pin in it i didnt have any idea about to start to work with it and i gonna want to try it on arduino uno is it possible and can anyone give me advice to start the project

 

This looks like the data sheet.
Use A and B outputs into the Arduino.
The others are not needed.

What are you wanting to accomplish?
This high-resolution encoder will produce signals that are very high frequency, an Arduino will not be able to track the count at high speeds without external counter hardware.

Depends on the Arduino. The UN0 R4 minima has a Renesas RA4M1 which has counters which can be configured to rotary encoders. (I don't know much about Arduinos, but I do know about RA4M1s)
