What an enormous talent taken from us way too soon.

One of the funniest shows of 2 women friends since the Lucy Show. Lavern and Shirley was one of those rare shows that somehow managed to assemble a magical cast of actors.

 

She really was a remarkable person. I was not aware till earlier today that she directed Jumping Jack Flash. I knew she directed and produced several top movies. Yes, Lavern and Shirley captured many including myself. She was the first female director to direct a movie which grossed 100 million. Just one class act lady.
