I have followed Richis for a few years. There are other websites dedicated to semiconductor micro photography, but IMHO, Richis is the best.
Some of his most visited pages are slso in English.

 

This is another website that I highly recommend if you are interested in deep-dive teardowns. He specializes mostly in hybrid circuits and related military electronics.
