Probably everyone has noticed that sometimes when someone approaches to some rf equipment like a tv or radio, in some cases the signal get worse and in some cases get better.

Can someone explain me why is that?

Use an external antenna.
i believe he wants an explanation or a point of view on why does the rf reception gets better/worse when a human body approaches near the antenna/reciever. i myself have experienced this on several occasions.

As a very imprecise explanation, the human body has a lensing effect on radio waves. At different distances from the receiver, it may cause the waves to concentrate, leading to increased reception strength. At other distances, the effect is to cause the waves to disperse, leading to signal strength fading.
