I want to design a high-frequency RF Amplifier (6MHZ). I have already designed the same circuit but operated on low-frequency 200KHZ. I want to know the special techniques to drive the mosfet on high frequency because for low frequency i used a PWM signal from the Microcontroller but i am afraid i cannot do so for higher frequency like 6 MHZ.

 

Show us a labelled schematic so we may consider. Are you modulating the signal?

 

It will be good to have a circuit and graphic of the signal.

You can use a specialized chip or a high frequency switch MOS.

For any kind of meaningful answer you should tell us abt BW requirements and whether or not it needs to be linear! If amplification of a pulse train is all you're after, class c or d are adequate and efficient means to that end!
