I am looking for the Single chip solution for Lithium Ion battery cell, In my battery pack there total 4 cell which is removeable (Replaceable).
i am looking for the Reverse cell protection, to avoid unexpected damage. i also try to explore AP9214 but it's not working correctly, AP9214 not allow battery charging current.

Your won’t find a one chip solution for this. It might be more sensible to use a battery holder with reverse insertion protection. (this is just an example, not an endorsement.)

By recessing the positive end, the negative end, which doesn’t have the button terminal, can’t make contact. This means you prevent reverse polarity at the source.

 

The AP9214 is designed to charge one Lithium-ion cell.
Is that how you are trying to use it?
It will not charge 4 cells in series.
