Forum Suggestion "REPORT" button image not visible in User Agreement.

In the User Agreement the image of the "REPORT" button does not appear. I saw this with Firefox 42.0 for the Mac and Safari 6.2.2 for the Mac.

I've changed the wording,as the gif is referenced from our old forum software. Thanks for creating this thread and bringing this to my attention.
