Replacing old 5.5 V transformer in junction box

Hi and yet another question about a replacement I'm thinking of in the jukebox, wurlitzer 2000.
This time in the junction box:

As one can tell, the 5.5V transformer 6560 is not looking at it's best, although it's still functioning.
The kind people at victoryglass, which repair and sell parts for all kinds of jukeboxes,
advised me to replace it with the following transformer with a center tap, which is new to me:
120V-AC to 12V-AC Transformer Center Tapped CT

I'm told I would have to use the green wire and one red wire (the other red wire would be tied back / unused).
However, where do they, and the black wires, need to go in this specific setup ?

The old transformator has a black/red and black cable, which goes to the "motor program plug"
A third sand coloured one goes to socket number 3.

Anyone who can hep figure this out ?
I've added the schematic, with the wires coloured in (hopefully correct, spent quite some time on it)

How did you determine the original is 5.5V?

I would not replace a 5.5V transformer with a 12Vac (6V to center-tap) transformer without knowing what the 5.5V transformer is powering.

It states so in the manual as transformer, 5.5V lamp, part no. 65609.

"the junction box is provided with plugs and sockets for interconnection of the various components of the electric selector system, the record changer and the power supply. The stepper unit for remote selection is mounted on the upper side of the junction box. The inside of the junction box contains the wall box pulse relay, over ride relay no.1, the reversing relay, the 5V panel light transformer, and several capacitors for stepper operation and filter circuits".

It would appear it only powers the two light bulbs that are present in the keyboard.

What would you replace it with then ?

From the schematics that looks like a step-down (24vac to 5.5vac) autotransformer.
