Hi please I am working on this Panasonic tv .formerly it was the power but I have done it, but now the fault is when I put the TV on the stand by light comes on and goes off after some seconds but when I remove the board from the set and put it on without plunging in the diflection coil the stand by light remain and the high tension volts on tge flyback stays for as long as its on what will be the problem also I intend to change this capacitor 391j 2kv it got

 

is this a 60 CRT Panasonic projector set? Jim
