Repairing of Openbox Z5 Satellite Receiver

I would like to have a schematic diagram or repair tips to repair Openbox Z5 Satellite Receiver.
It does not out 12 V to the LNB via its tuner. Therefore unable to tune satellite signals. Please help me.
