Repacement of PCB wineboard

My winecooler pcb stopped working and I found a replacement PCB: the DQ04-01, the connections are almost the same except there is a cfan connection on the new board which was not on the original pcb. On the old and the new boards are also 2other fan connections. I used on the new board those connections for my cold fan and my heat fan. I left the cfan alone, which is 18v. Is this connection correct? What is the function of the cold fan and why 18v? Thanks
