Many component manufactures can supply you with the MTBF for their components, as well as any MIL standards that they can meet. The value can vary drasticlly depending on the specific component you are interested in.

Why don't you communicate with some or visit their web site to see if they have that information avalible.

For part reliability look at the Telcordia and Mil-Hdbk-217 which are the two most common references for failure rate prediction. Most manufacturers have reliability data from their testing that can be used to calculate a FIT/FR or MTBF number (Failure in Time - Failure rate - Mean Time Between Failure). You get on of those numbers and you can convert to any of the others.

RPN numbers are usually not calculated for individual components -- look up FMEA analysis
