I'm trying to find PDF datasheets for all of the parts I have. This one keeps eluding me. It is a small DPDT relay in a 16 pin DIP footprint (not a DIP reed relay package). It is marked:

AMF | P&B
T82S11D111-12
9318 - clearly the date code

It pulls in around 3 Vdc, and releases around 2 Vdc. Coil measures 290 ohms. That smells like a 5 V part, but the -12 on the end of the part number makes me think it is a 12 V part with a *lot* of operating margin. I have old P&B catalogs, but apparently not old enough. Online I can't find anything about the T82 line, let alone this part.

Your relay appears to be an old Potter & Brumfield relay. It was not found on their site.

This webpage has a link to a catalog said to contain this relay, I was able to download it but could not open it. You may want to try your luck with it.

That confirms the operating voltage. I downloaded and opened the short form catalog; not in there. The catalog is dates 2011, so not a big surprise.

In terms of specs, it is close to something in the T85 series, with "Series 5" contacts, which is the suggested replacement on that site.
