Yes and the power specifically is coming from this box, that power is a 10V/2.5mA, (25mW), using that power I need to get it to 16 of them. Therefore, I need a voltage follower. Please list your favorite op amps that can do the job.

Unfortunately a switch will not due, because he wants to measure all of them at the same time, not switch through them. And having all connected to that channel (the 10V/2.5mA channel) would load down the box obviously.Sounds like you need to multiplex them with CMOS analogue switches.
Unbuffered from the 4000 CMOS family might do - but the RDSon could be a problem, and your signal mustn't exceed Vdd.
Other than that - there's whole families of industry standard analogue switch ICs that should provide a part that doesn't degrade signal integrity.
Since your input does not provide a sink for the 2.5 mA of current, will the input still be +10V? I suppose you could add a 4K termination resistor if that will make a difference.I can name that circuit in 1 chip and 2 caps. For lower input offset voltage errors, choose a better chip.

There still is a lot of ambiguity in the requirements. Is the 2.5 mA a minimum required output current, a max capable output current, or just the current required by the sensor? Don't know, but the circuit can be adapted.Since your input does not provide a sink for the 2.5 mA of current, will the input still be +10V? Right. Since the poor fellow who made the original post is between a rock and a hard place; it seems only reasonable to toss out straws even if the relevance might be limited. There still is a lot of ambiguity in the requirements.
