I understand Realtek doesn’t distribute data sheets of certain ics except to designated customers. But at least a pin out diagram would be helpful in understanding this Wacom circuit board. The part no is RTD2485RD. It’s a 128 pin TQFP package. Any help much appreciated.

If Realtek only distributes that information to designated customers, then that's because they don't want it (with 'it' being their proprietary information) distributed beyond that. While a pinout list, if not copied directly from the datasheet, probably isn't subject to copyright infringement, that information very possibly is protected by NDA or other constraints/protections.
