Realization of Op amp circuit from Transfer function

I have no clue on how to realize an op amp circuit from a given transfer function.amplificatorul il am doar am nevoie de ce valori sai dau la R1 R1 C1 C2 sami dea aceasta functie de transfer sau poate aveti o alta ideie. transfer function is 1/(s^2+s+1/2) which is equal to delay element of order 2

The classical procedure for selecting parts values for such a circuit is:
* Finding the transfer function H(s) of the chosen circuit as a function of R1,R2,C1 and C2 (based on the assumption of an ideal opamp)
* Performing some mathematical manipulatios with the aim to get a denominator of the form D(s)=1+A*s+B*s² (with A and B as a function of R1,R2,C1,C2)-
* Comparing the factors A and B with the desired function (numerator and denumerator)
H(s)=1/(s²+s+1/2)=2/(1+2s+2s²)
* From the comparison you can calculate coresponding values which fulfill the equations.
