Reading voltage from ADE7758

hai everyone,
i am interfacing ADE7758 with p89c61x2 microcontroller, when i tried to read voltage from vrms register everytime the voltage value is getting changed ,can anyone help me in solving this problem, can anyone tell me which are the registers that i should configure before reading voltage from ADE7758:)
