RC servo receiver & transmitters?

awsome guys, thanks for the info ,especially the youtube video , it was what i had idea lol problem is i have to make my own receiver / own transmitter ...

Looks very interesting but its for a stepper motor. Should be able to work with servo as well. \

ok bump .... i think this should be in project section but because this is my final project ! Not a simple homework so it requires more work and knownledge. Thank you very much everyone!

Please explain. Transistors and resistors work for servos too, if you have enough of them.

Back in the old days, model aircraft was controlled by sending multiple audio tones, and using resonant mechanical reeds in the reciever to decode them. Maybe you can do something similar with an LM567 as the decoder? Maybe DTMF? That would simplify the tx and rx to a simple audio design.
