I am a student in electrical, always I see a lot of circuits very cool, but I do not know how to make it. actually, I studied in university but I do not know how can make it a good way. I do not know how the people can make it a very professional way.

Start smaller.... WAY smaller. Unless your university graduated you with skills of a 5 or 10 year veteran, it will be awhile before you start doing the schematics of something like this; let alone the layout. Your first layout would most likely be some gadget you have done on a perfboard. Once you get that into a schematic in your chosen PCB CAD system toss it up on the boards here for critique. Then, move into the PCB layout tool and put what you came up with up here. Folks here will help you along.

PCB design is an art. There are many ways to implement a design but, as you've noticed, some are more aesthetically pleasing than others. The same goes for schematics.

My advice is to study the work of others and adapt things you like to your style. Hopefully, someone will be looking at your work in the future and be making similar comments.

Here's a thread where someone started out with very poor component placement, routing, and style, and progressed to something that was incrementally better (with help). It's a simple board, but you can see the refinement process more clearly.
