Video game cartridge PCB connector and microSD card connector and microSD card the 3 have gold contacts contact how many inserts are needed to remove this golden layer and render the cartridge, SD connector and microSD card useless?

Look up the "pinout" for whatever you want to destroy. Here's one for a micro SD:

Don't know much about them, but that appears to be for serial communications (e.g., pins CS, SCLK, Data). Destroying any one of the common connections (e.g., VSS, GND, CS, CLK) will prevent reading or writing by an amateur. (I don't know the capabilities of the FBI, etc.) Can one of the data connections be lost without losing the others? Maybe.

Strange question. Why do you want to destroy the device? Just burn it.

EDIT: I totally misread the intent. Sorry. USB contacts are rated at 5,000 or 10,000. Other contacts have ratings specified by the manufacturers. Some ratings are quite low. I suspect SD cards are quite high.

Welcome to AAC!
If you're asking to know how many insertions before the gold plating wears off, that obviously depends on the plating thickness. The manufacturer has knowledge of that. Even with no plating the connections may be good enough for the devices to work for some time (until the underlying copper track wears away).

I don't want to destroy anything I just want to know how many inserts and exits are supported by these 3 devices until the golden layer is exhausted and the devices are useless

I have SD HC card, MicroSD card, devices with microSD connector and SD HC connector, and Snes cartridges ex. SD2Snes Pro China all these products purchased on Aliexpress

someone told me that if i keep the microSD card or SD HC card inserted in the connector for many years will this connector lose contact pressure of the blades? that's true? long term storage device with connector sd and remove card?

That claim of losing connector force over the years might possibly be partially right for the very cheapest grade of junk available, but for most connectors the change would be difficult to measure because of being so minute. The exception being connectors that run hot enough to affect the temper of the metal. That will not happen as long as the connector is used within it's current ratings.

Does the loss of strength, pressure and contact of the microSD connector blades occur due to the simple fact of storing the electronics with the microSD card inserted in the connector for years?

Loss of spring load happens either from excessive deflection or excessive temperatures. In common electrical contact metals it seldom happens.

For my case, what will happen with the pressure of the connector if I store an electronics that has a microSD connector but with the microSD card inserted for years?

Ask the manufacturer(s). Without knowledge of the particular card, connector and environmental conditions your question is like the proverbial "How long is a piece of string?".

Some people say that the microSD and SD HC card inserted for a long time causes a constant tension at the terminals and with temperature variations this can affect the pressure blades of the SD connector ?
