This is the datasheet. I've noticed at node5 the 0.05u cap and the 10 resistor switched places in the gain 50 circuit. Does it make any difference when they switch places?

 

The placement of two components in series does not matter.

R and C in series across the output is a low pass filter to suppress high frequency oscillation.
