Respected,

I want to know where to post the query mentioned below:
  1. I want to know what is a dual channel H bridge and whether it can be used to drive a single DC motor. If it is possible, i would also want to know how to draw the schematic with N channel MOSFET to realize the above along with the connection for current sensing driver. If possible connection for bootstrap IC circuit also.

this is the correct forum if you need to identify a part... sourcing would be good to post in the general forum.

The first thing you need to do is to create a thorough outline of what you expect to accomplish.
What does the Motor do ?
There may be ~20 different ways to achieve the same end result.
Some will be more appropriate, or more cost-effective, than others.

What i have faintly understood, by doing according to your guidelines,
is that even though it is dual channel H bridge board, only a single H bridge is used...
However i will have to delve more into the board and then revert back.

You should not use a Chip simply because You already have one on your Bench,
or maybe you can get them really cheap.

You need to MAKE A PLAN.

What is the purpose of the Motor ????
What will the Duty-Cycle, ( Service-Factor ), Rating need to be ????
Will the Motor need Speed-Control ????
Will the Motor need to run in Reverse ????
Will your Application require Load-Braking ????
How much Starting-Torque will be required ????
How much Horsepower, and RPM will be required ????
What type of Power-Supply are you hoping to use ????

Then, You need to find a Motor with acceptable Specifications.
If you already have a Motor installed in a Machine,
You will need to supply all of the information above,
to receive useful help in designing a DC-Motor-Controller.

After all of that, You can start to design Control Circuitry for the Motor.

An H-Bridge may not be necessary.

Boot-Strapping may not be necessary.

Current-Sensing is easy,
and it is important to know, that you are stating that it is a requirement,
now you need to Specify what the purpose of the Current-Sensing-System is,
and state it as a Specification of your required design.

To be precise, out of 3 modules in a unit, i am working on the power module which is now unable to run a PMDC.
I am trying to zero in on the faulty component (all the passive components are ok).
The board is pretty complex.
It contains a whole lot of things in a sandwich board - ranging from bootstrapping IC, hex inverting Schmitt IC, comparator, isolation transformer (seems like isolation tranformer), etc.
Now i am trying to sectionalize the board and is looking at the last part, i.e. the H bridge
